KENNETH K. WISCOMB, PA-C, has been a licensed Physicians Assistant since 1983 and is currently the Regional Area President of Bellevue Premier Health. Previously he was the Medical Administrator for Medcor, Inc. providing onsite health care and health promotion services for employers across the nation. As part of his responsibilities Ken managed contracted on-site Health Services for Medtronic Physio-Control Corporation, Redmond, WA, as well as heading up the national marketing team for PA based employer healthcare. While at Physio-Control Ken oversaw all on-site Health Services Clinics, Fitness Centers, 911 teams, wellness, cost containment programs, and corporate medical liaison functions. During his tenure, Ken also served as the Physician Assistant manager of personnel recruitment and site preparation for on-site primary care clinics for Medcor, Inc, at Ground Zero, New York City, NY following 9/11.

Prior to his work at Physio-Control Ken served as full-time faculty at MEDEX Northwest, Department of Health Services University of Washington. His responsibilities included course development and lectures, clinical instruction, student recruitment and development, and administrative management of the clinical training program.

Ken is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and previous president of the Washington State Academy of Physician Assistants. He as served as Chair of the Issue Investigation Group for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (Coalition), reporting to the Health Services Commission, State of Washington. Ken has written and spoken extensively on the issues of integrating employer based healthcare and employee health benefits, with health promotion, time loss and productivity management. Ken is President Elect of the American Academy of Physician Assistants in Occupational Medicine and is a graduate of the University of Washington.
