Guru Kandasamy
Programmer Analyst, iLink Systems
Guru Kandasamy, Programmer Analyst, iLink Systems, serves as Technical Architect and Project Manager. His experience includes architecture, design, development and deployment of Microsoft-based systems. He is an experienced project manager, having led large teams through requirements gathering, scoping, estimating, proposal generation, planning, tracking and delivery. His proven track record of developing high performance, highly available, scalable and critical systems, includes a variety of delivery models, including onsite-offshore models.
Guru’s experience in Community Portal development includes large scale projects for AARP, the Gulick Project for the YMCA USA, and ZivaCares. His current responsibilities include oversight of the maintenance of the AARP and Arthritis Foundation healthcare communities.
Guru’s technical expertise includes:
- Experience in architecture, design, development and maintenance of web applications.
- Expertise in ASP. Net, VB.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server 2000, OOP, PL/SQL, .NET Framework, Web services (.NET), XML, VB 6.0.
- Expertise in object-oriented analysis, design and implementation of multi-tier application development environment.
Guru holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India.
